    Arrive - Delhi

    Upon arrival you will be met by our local representative and driven to your hotel. You will have plenty of time to get accustomed to your surroundings and settle into your room.

    Delhi

    You will spend a full day exploring Delhi. Old Delhi pulses with energy and colour, the hustle and bustle of thronged bazaars and is laced by a maze of narrow lanes between tall, leaning houses. In Old Delhi you will see the famous Red Fort surrounded by shops, and bazaars, and experience a rickshaw ride. As a complete contrast New Delhi stands in formal splendour; it is a city known for its formal parks, magnificent Parliament Building, the Rashtrapati Bhawan and India Gate. In New Delhi you will also visit Qutab Minar, the 72.5 meter high tower dating back to the 13th century, and Humanyun's Tomb which was built in the 16th century and architecturally considered the forerunner of the Taj Mahal.

    Delhi - Agra

    This morning you will be driven to Agra (Approx 04 Hrs) where you will be met and transferred to your hotel. You will then have the opportunity to explore Agra's magnificent Fort, the Pearl Mosque and the Halls of Public and Private Audience. After visiting Agra Fort you will visit the Tomb of Itimad ud Daulah which is affectionately known as the 'Baby Taj'. You will return to the hotel to freshen up before embarking upon a sunset visit to the Taj Mahal.

    Agra - Jhansi - Khajuraho

    Today you will bid a fond farewell to Agra before travelling to the railway station where you will board a train to Jhansi (The Shatabdi Express). Upon arrival you will be met and driven to Khajuraho where you will be able to check in to your hotel.

    Khajuraho - Bandhavgarh

    This morning you will take a tour of Khajuraho to explore the famous Chandela Dynasty temples, built between 950 and 1050 AD. The sculptures, considered as the most perfect figures achieved in stone, depict Gods and Goddesses and amorous couples. In the afternoon you will be driven to Bandhavgarh National Park(approximately 5.5 hours) where you will be able to check into the hotel. Set amidst the Vindhyanchal ranges, the park covers an area of 437 sq. km. There are more than 22 species of mammals and 250 species of birds that live within the park.

    Bandhavgarh National Park

    Over the next two days you will be able to explore this incredible national park, you will be able to go on morning game drives as well as walks around midday and in the afternoon you can enjoy your second game drive of the day. The guides and naturalists are very knowledgeable about the tiger movements and therefore, having a couple days here means you can track and follow the tigers over the course of your stay if you are lucky enough to spot them! Being able to do this is fascinating as you may catch a glimpse of them playing, hunting, sleeping and drinking.

    Bandhavgargh - Kanha

    Following your final morning safari in Bandhavgarh you will be driven to Kanha National Park (approximately six hours). Kanha is one the largest national parks in India extending over 1945 sq. km. Kanha is home to 22 species of mammals including common langur, jackal, wild pig and spotted deer. It is possible to spot tigers, Indian wild dogs, leopards and sloth bears. Kanha is fantastic for birders and has some 200 species including pond heron, black ibis, woodpecker, and grey hornbill.

    Kanha National Park

    Spend your mornings exploring Kanha National Park with your expert guide in search for the resident wildlife and of course the tiger. As well as the tigers, there is a whole host of wildlife which you could spot including jungle cat, leopard cat, striped hyenas, wild dog, sloth bear, and gaur are just some of the animals you may come across! The afternoon is yours to relax at the lodge either at your tent or around the beautiful swimming pool. Later in the afternoon you will set off into the park for your second game drive.

    Kanha - Raipur - Calcutta

    This morning you will have your last morning game drive around Kanha National Park, before heading back to camp for a delicious lunch. You will then be driven to Raipur airport from where you will board a flight for Calcutta. Upon arrival in Calcutta you will be met and transferred to your hotel.

  10. Day 12

    Calcutta - Kaziranga

    Today you will be escorted to the airport to board the flight for Guwahati. Upon arrival you will be met and driven to Kaziranga National Park where you will be able to settle in to your lodge. Kaziranga National Park is a World Heritage Site and Tiger reserve, home to more than 80% of the world’s population of the great one horned rhinoceros, Asian elephant and water buffalos.

  11. Day 13

    Kaziranga National Park

    Before breakfast, you will have an early morning jeep safari inside the park. Then, you will visit a nearby local village, and have an afternoon jeep safari. Return to the lodge by dusk for dinner. Kaziranga National Park covers an area of approximately 430-sq-kms with its swamps and tall thickets of elephant grass making it the ideal habitat for the Indian One-Horned Rhino. There is also a large population of Indian Elephants, Indian Bison and swamp deer. It is also a birding paradise with many bird species found here including the oriental honey buzzard, black kite and pallas' fishing eagle.

    Kaziranga - Delhi

    This morning you will be able to enjoy one final game drive in the park before enjoying a delicious lunch and then transferred to Guwahati airport. From here you will board your flight for Delhi in time for your onward flight home.

Refund

Life is unpredictable and we understand that sometimes you have to cancel or change your trip dates and it is our endeavor to make it as easy as possible for you. However, please understand that we plan everything including guide fees, permits, accommodation, and ration in advance. Therefore, any cancellation means inconvenience and certain losses to the people involved in various stages of the program. Keeping that in mind, our cancellation charges are as below,

 

  • Cancellations prior to 30 days from the start of the event: Full refund as cash.
  • Cancellations between 30 days and 15 days to the start of the event: 50 % refund as cash.
  • Cancellations less than 15 days to the start of the event: No refund.
  • Cancellations will be accepted only by email.

 

Note: We reserve the right to cancel a program before departure in the event of logistical problems arising due to natural calamities, strikes, wars or any other circumstances that make the event inadvisable. In this case, we will refund 50% of the event fees.
