or any unforeseen situation happen on tour.
◦ Guest has to bear the cost incidental to any change in the itinerary /
stay on account of flight cancellation due to bad weather, ill health, and
road block and or any factors beyond our control.
◦ Child Below 5 Years Age complimentary upon producing valid
Government ID Card (Maximum 01 Child per Room)
◦ Child between 05 Years upto 9 Years are chargeable 50% of the total
cost for stay and board without any extra bed. (Maximum 01 child per
Room)
◦ Extra Bed Mandatory for Child 10 Years and above, and are charged
same as adults (Maximum 01 Extra Bed, and 01 CNB per Room).
◦ Extra person with bed is charged 90% of the per person cost.
◦ Standard check-in time at hotels in Leh is 10:00 AM. Early check-in
and late check-out requests are subject to availability of rooms in the
mentioned hotels, which are entertained directly by the hotels.
◦ Car is available on fixed transfer basis according to the itinerary. Any
changes or additional cost for the car has to be bear by the guests.

Pickup from leh via flight complete rest till evening. Eveing sightseeing around lehpalace and shantistupa Overnight at leh hotel
Sightseeing himes thiksay and shey overnight at thiksay at home stay
Drive to nubra valley via khardong la pass and visit disket monastery and sand dues . overnight at hunder. Hotel at hunder(5 to hours of drive )
Driver toward pangong lake via shayok river overinght at leh hotel (7 to 8 hours of drive )
Sightseeing towards sangam, magatic hill and patar sahib evening leh market overinght at leh hotel
After breakfast drop to airport.
Cancellation Policy
- 100% refund in case of government imposed lockdown, travel restrictions in view of COVID or any other Pandemic
- No refund for cancellation because of individual COVID cases or Health Issues
- 25% cancellation charges if cancelled 30 days before the tour departure date
- 50% cancellation charges if cancelled within 15 days of departure date
- No refund for Tour starting within 15 days of tour, or for after start or middle of the tour

PAYMENT POLICY
- 50% payment to be deposit at the time of booking confirmation & balance before the start of the tour.
- Full payment to be made before the start of the tour.
- Prices mentioned in USD/EUR for international traveler are just for initial reference. Final amount to be paid has to be done as per the total amount mentioned in rupees.
- International guests who are unable to make online transfers can also pay the entire amount in cash upon arrival in Leh. No advance payment is required in that case. However, we would need the copies of your confirmed flight tickets for confirmation (Applicable only for superior and below category packages).
- For international transfers, guests are responsible for any intermediary bank charges/ SWIFT transfer fee/ convenience fee, applicable at both ends.
- Accepted Mode of Payments: We accept bank transfers/ Wire
- Transfers/ UPI Payments/ Paypal and Cash Payments. We do not accept card (debit/credit) payments.
